The Acter R&D Center project is located at No.189, Shilin Road, Xuguan Economic Development Zone, Suzhou. The project officially started construction on June 12, 2024, with a total construction area of 1802.5 square meters. During the project construction period, various professional teams worked closely and worked together, lasting for six months. On December 12, 2024, the project was topped out and a topping out ceremony was held.

Mr. Chen Zhihao, Vice Chairman of Shenghui Integration, Mr. Liao Wenpan, Manager of Civil Engineering Project Department, Mr. Huang Wei, Project Manager, as well as the main responsible persons of the supervision unit and various construction units, jointly attended the topping out ceremony.
At the ceremony, Vice Chairman Chen Zhihao warmly congratulated the project on its golden crown and delivered an important speech: firstly, he would like to thank the hard work of all construction teams, which has enabled the project to be delivered on schedule with quality and quantity guaranteed; Secondly, please continue to maintain high standard management guidelines and orderly promote the subsequent construction of the project.
Subsequently, Vice Chairman Chen Zhihao, Civil Engineering Project Manager Liao Wenpan, Project Manager Huang Wei, the main responsible persons of the supervision unit, and the main responsible persons of various construction units paid their respects at the start of construction!
